Visa EB-3

The EB-3 visa is a United States immigrant visa category intended for skilled workers, professionals, and other workers. It is divided into three main subcategories:

1. Skilled Workers: For people whose jobs require a minimum of 2 years of experience or training.
2. Professionals: For individuals whose employment requires at least a college degree equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree.
3. Other Workers: For people who perform jobs that require less than 2 years of experience or training, that are not temporary or seasonal.
