EB-1 Visa

The EB-1 visa is a United States immigrant visa category for individuals with extraordinary abilities, outstanding professors or researchers, and certain executives or managers of multinational corporations. It is divided into three subcategories:

• EB-1A (Extraordinary Ability): For individuals who can demonstrate an extraordinary level of ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics.

• EB-1B (Outstanding Professors and Researchers): For those who have achieved international recognition for their achievements in a specific academic field.

• EB-1C (Multinational Executives or Managers): For employees of multinationals who have worked in an executive or managerial capacity abroad and are now being transferred to the U.S.
